RISE July 2024 Program

This gives you access to our RISE July Session: A Call to Adventure from 7/1/24 - 7/31/24.

This month will be focused on saying “Yes” to yourself and life!

Gain freedom, empowerment, joy, and elevate through coaching, hiking, and self-inquiry.

Here’s what you’ll get this month: A guided meditation, a journaling exercise, a mantra, and integration. Each week’s activity will be emailed on Monday. All you have to do is go outside for at least one mile and do the activity. In addition, you will get access to our hiking 101 course so you can be ready to say “Yes” to hiking safely.
