RISE September 2024 Program

This gives you access to our RISE September Session: Preparing to Succeed by Taking Responsibility from 9/1/24 - 9/30/24.

This month is focused on accepting responsibility. We will help you see where you’ve given up your power, guide you to see where you wish to be, and help you to get back into the driver's seat of your own life so you can be happy and succeed on the journey ahead. 

Gain freedom, empowerment, joy, and elevate through coaching, hiking, and self-inquiry.

Here’s what you’ll get this month: A journaling exercise, a guided meditation, a mantra and integration. Each week’s activity will be emailed on Monday. All you have to do is go outside for at least one mile and do the activity. In addition, you will get access to our hiking 101 course so you can be ready to say “Yes” to hiking safely.
